Polyurethane chrome factory chair with a cushioned polyurethane seat & back.  Complete with chrome base and chrome gas lift.  Very durable and can be washed or steam cleaned, ideal for all industrial environments.
 
Mechanism
A 2 lever mechanism controls the seat height and back angle
The back height is also adjustable.
