DELIVERY

All chairs are made and upholstered to order with all components generally in stock. Each chair is made to the customer's specification depending on the various options selected when ordering.

 

Chairs are normally delivered in 2 sections, the base, gas lift and footring and then the seat with back attached. These 2 sections simply require slotting together on receipt. Larger orders may be delivered fully built.


As our chairs are upholstered and made to order please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, this can often be much sooner. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us prior to ordering and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

 

We offer a 5 years guarantee on all chairs where there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.

 

 

RETURNS

All chairs are made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty. In the case of a chair being faulty, we will rectify this in the fastest time possible by supplying replacement parts, collecting the chair for repair or to replace the entire chair. The most suitable and cost effective option will be used.

 

All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.  In the event of any discrepancy or fault with any item, please notify us by emailing: sales@factorychairs.co.uk .
