RETURNS
All chairs are made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty. In the case of a chair being faulty, we will rectify this in the fastest time possible by supplying replacement parts, collecting the chair for repair or to replace the entire chair. The most suitable and cost effective option will be used.
All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of any discrepancy or fault with any item, please notify us by emailing: sales@factorychairs.co.uk .

FAQ
How long is the delivery time?
Our lead time on stocked chairs is typically 1-3 working days. Made to order chairs is generally 7-10 working days, however at times this can be much quicker. Please contact us for urgent orders.
What guarantee do you offer?
We offer a 2 to 5 year guarantee on our chairs where there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.
Do you only sell to business customers?
No, we are happy to supply to home users, small businesses or large businesses (anyone and everyone), whether you would like to order 1 chair or 100 chairs we are happy to help.
Do you supply internationally?
We supply to mainland UK at our standard delivery charges. We also supply to Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Ireland) at an additional delivery charge. Unfortunately we do not supply outside of the UK.
How do I order bespoke fabrics?
We can supply from a range of hundreds of fabrics and vinyls. Please contact us for further information on this.
Your chairs don't quite match my requirements, can you help?
Yes of course! If the options you require aren't shown, please contact us to discuss. Because many of our chairs are made to order, we can always make slight changes to chairs to meet our customer's requirements.
